The Executive Development Coach is a division of P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc., which was founded in 1992.  We are headquartered in Fishkill, NY.  We believe each client and project is unique. Therefore, we work with each client as a strategic business partner to develop and tailor programs and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of each client in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, continued development, performance, strategy, innovation, team building, organizational design and succession planning including career and human resource development and management.

Pat has over 30 years of combined corporate management and business owner experience.  She has served on and chaired state and national boards of directors.  Pat is a member of the International Coach Federation, SHRM, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in Ireland.  She has been a guest speaker and panel member at conferences and a lecturer at a number of local colleges and universities.
